As of 1/1/24 our service prices for Full Service Bathing and Grooming will increase due to increasing operational costs (wage increases, supply cost increases etc).

The increase will rage from 5% to 10% of base price of service prior to add ons.

When encountering and treating matted/severely impacted undercoat there will be a $20 d-mat/impacted fur fee per area larger than a 2inch radius. The fee is to compensate for labor, resources and time of d-matting/dshedding. If matting is so severe that a pre-clip/shave is mandatory, a flat fee of $80 Small/Med dogs and $160 Large dogs will be added to the the Grooming service price - due to the labor/time of  TWO haircuts.

We now require a ONE TIME CC Authorization for a CARD ON FILE for all Appointments. The information is not accessible to us and will only be used in the event of a Cancellation or “NO SHOW” fee.

We are open 7 Days a Week! And you can now text 650-726-0907 with inquiries and Appointment requests. Please text with your full name, dogs name and breed and which service you would like to book. Active Texting Hours are Monday to Friday 10a-6p
