Shop Policies

“RE-DO” POILICY

Per our shop policy, you have a window of

3 DAYS to contact us regarding a “RE-DO” of nail trimming/Full Service Bathing or Grooming WITH proof of payment. Any request outside of that time frame will not be allowed due to nail regrowth as well as dirt and debris from daily activities therefore warranting a new bath.

A LATE FEE

of $20 will be applied to all appointments (per pup client) arriving 20 minutes or more after their allotted time. Please call our landline at 650-729-3090 to notify staff if you are running late.

Cancellation and “NO SHOW” POLICY

We now require a ONE TIME CC Authorization for a CARD ON FILE for all Appointments. The information is not accessible to us and will only be used in the event of a Cancellation or “NO SHOW” fee.

We value your business

and ask that you respect the Spa's time and scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we require notification at least 24 hours in advance Via EMAIL only at:

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting in no less than 50% of the scheduled service. Any NO SHOW appointments will be subject to a charge of 100% of the missed service.
