Appointments

Due to duplicated inquiries and a high volume of requests we can no longer accept online appointment requests.

To request an appointment for a Grooming* (haircut with bath) or Full Service Bath* (no haircut), please Text 650-726-0907 and include the following with every text inquiry:

Your name, contact number, pets name, breed and what service you desire. Either a Full Service Bath (no haircut) or a Grooming (haircut and bath) . You will be recieving a text back from us at from 650-726-0907. Please allow up to a day (during weekdays) for a reply as we are currently high in demand for services. Active text hours are Monday to friday 10a-5p.

We require a ONE TIME CC Authorization for a CARD ON FILE for all Appointments via SQUARE. The information is not accessible to us and will only be used in the event of a Cancellation or “NO SHOW” fee. You can provide one in store, over the phone or request an encrypted link from SQUARE via an email. Should there be a failure to complete a no show/cancellation fee via the card on file, the outstanding balance must be paid in full in order to reschedule future appointments (via square invoice/Zelle/Venmo/Cash). Any recurring appointments will be paused due to an unpaid balance.

No appointment is necessary for Nails trims/Nail Filing and Gland expression. We are accepting walk-ins Monday to Friday 11am to 6pm. Saturday and Synday from 12p to 5p.

* We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us via email only at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Any NO SHOW appointments will have 100% charge of the cost of service..

A $20 Late fee will be applied to all appointments that arrive 20 minutes or more after the the allotted time.
